Yeliz Titiz, the founder behind one of Miami Design District’s most coveted and adored shops re-located her magic to the heart of Coconut Grove.
With a new concept, Titiz combines a wonderful curation of décor pieces, fine jewelry, and apparel with a one of a kind café for clients to shop while tasting a carefully crafted menu.
With a family background in one of the most successful retail businesses in Turkey and a love of travel and different cultures, the choice to open a unique retail space was obvious to Yeliz. Her experience in the fashion industry sourcing fabrics and clothing for huge companies such as Perry Ellis International enabled her to see what different parts of the world had to offer. She decided to share her findings with the Miami market by way of her first location in the Miami Design District, opened in 2014.
Yeliz opened her second location in the Summer of 2019 and expanded her brand to offer a beautiful retail space as well as a charming café where her clients can come and have a bite, meet a friend, and have an elevated experience. Titiz's project encompasses a lifestyle where all elements combine for a contemporary way of living and taking the shopping experience to the next level.
Located in the revamping area of Coconut Grove she neighbors the new Mr.C hotel. With more than double the square footage of The Bazaar Project’s first location, this new space brings four unique different themes. The shops décor speaks for itself: stunning and unexpected colors combined with vibrant prints setting a backdrop for Yeliz’s one of a kind assortment. Seletti and Mario Luca, Giusti are some of the high-end design brands exclusively carried at The Bazaar Project. The Bazaar Project’s new location comes with a world of different opportunities for the Miami based lifestyle brand. Shopping both in-store and online the lifestyle experience is now nationwide.
